Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager with at least 7 years of product marketing experience, preferably in the AV or digital signage space. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, possess a keen understanding of customer experience, and demonstrate expertise in product messaging, positioning, and value proposition development. This role requires travel and is pivotal to aligning our product marketing strategy with broader business goals and ensuring consistency across all touchpoints in collaboration with the Brand team.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Product Messaging & Positioning
  2. Develop and refine product messaging, positioning, and value propositions.
  3. Ensure consistency and alignment with the Brand team across all customer-facing touchpoints.
  4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
  5. Work closely with sales, product management, engineering, and marketing teams to align product marketing initiatives with company goals.
  6. Integrate customer insights into messaging and product development strategies.
  7. Customer Experience Awareness
  8. Monitor and incorporate customer feedback into product marketing strategies.
  9. Ensure all marketing initiatives prioritize exceptional customer experiences.
  10. Product Demos & Events
  11. Develop compelling product demonstrations to showcase product capabilities.
  12. Lead the planning and execution of four major company tradeshows annually.
  13. Oversee 100+ partner events, ensuring seamless integration of product messaging and brand representation.
  14. Leadership & Team Development
  15. Manage and mentor one direct report, fostering professional growth and excellence within the team.
  16. Travel Requirements
  17. Willingness to travel as required for tradeshows, partner events, and other business needs.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong knowledge of digital video design and expertise in product lines and operations.
  • Advanced programming and coding abilities, including HTML.
  • Ability to direct and control activities across functional areas through departmental managers.
  • High levels of prioritization and organizational skills.
  • Strong resourcefulness and time management skills.
  • Creative thinking with attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.

Other Requirements:

  • Minimum of 7 years of product marketing experience, preferably in AV or digital signage.
  • Strong organizational skills and flexibility to adapt to a dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
