Facility Operations Worker – Motivera Search Group (Full-Time)

Pay Grade: P2/P3/P4
Lift Level: Heavy
Status: Non-Exempt | Full-Time
Reports To: Location Manager

Motivera Search Group is hiring a Facility Operations Worker for one of our trusted partners in the agricultural sector. This role is ideal for someone dependable, hands-on, and ready to contribute to a high-integrity operation where quality and teamwork matter.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, clean, store, and maintain grain at the facility
• Move grain within the location and load for shipment
• Clean bins, monitor temperature cables, and track fan usage
• Maintain warehouse, grounds, and equipment to company standards
• Assist with inventory records and housekeeping logs
• Support other location functions during slower periods
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 1–3 months of related experience or training a plus
• Ability to follow instructions and work safely
• Comfortable working outdoors and around heavy equipment
• Able to lift/move up to 100 lbs and work long seasonal hours
• May be asked to maintain weighing license or grain grading certificate

Physical & Work Environment

• Frequent exposure to outdoor weather, moderate noise, and mechanical equipment
• Occasional work at heights or around airborne particles
• Requires climbing, balancing, kneeling, and lifting heavy loads
• Depth perception and physical stamina are essential
