A popular alternative to full-time employment is augmenting your staff via with a Motivera contractor. Each W-2 consultant is eligible for our contractor benefits and are paid on a weekly basis. Let Motivera absorb all the overhead costs, such as FICA/FUTA/SUTA taxes, workers compensation, liability insurances as well as health, dental and any potential FMLA and/or mandatory paid sick time. Your only responsibility is managing the consultant and paying our hourly rate. You are not bound to our consultants or locked into a certain duration. You have total flexibility as to how short or long you choose to keep the contractor on assignment.

Because of this, Motivera created a flexible staffing option that provides our clients with the opportunity to hire our consultants directly. Motivera will release any one of our consultants after a specific period of contingent contract employment. This contract to permanent staffing arrangement allows both sides to ensure the opportunity is a long-term fit from both a technical and cultural perspective.

We realize that some clients may only be looking to fill full-time positions.  We understand that some candidates only seek permanent positions.  As such, Motivera has a direct hire offering where we charge our clients a competitive fee based on the candidate’s first year annual salary.  This allows our clients the ability to bring on a candidate immediately full-time.

If you’re a hiring manager, there are times when you may know of someone, whether it is a former employee or just an acquaintance in the industry, who could immediately add value to your group. In such cases where a permanent position is not available or is just not cost effective (such as a summer internship), our Motivera clients can utilize our payroll service.  Let us incur the overhead costs, such as state and federal taxes, workers compensation and liability insurance, unemployment and other associated fees incurred when placing someone on payroll. Our clients are not bound to a contract (including temp to perm conversion fees) or additional costs other than the hourly rate for the individual.
