Motivera Search Group is seeking skilled and safety-conscious Heavy Equipment Operators to support essential operations across construction, environmental services, and industrial sites in West Texas. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in precision, reliability, and teamwork.

Responsibilities:

• Operate heavy machinery such as excavators, bulldozers, loaders, and backhoes in a safe and efficient manner
• Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance
• Follow site plans, grade specifications, and supervisor instructions
• Maintain clear communication with crew members and site managers
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• Proven experience operating heavy equipment in construction or industrial settings
• Valid driver’s license; CDL preferred but not required
• Ability to read site plans and follow verbal instructions
• Strong awareness of safety and situational hazards
• Physical stamina and willingness to work outdoors in varying conditions
