Motivera Search Group is hiring dependable, hard-working individuals to join a high-performing Asphalt Crew supporting roadwork, paving, and infrastructure projects across the Texas Panhandle. Responsibilities:

• Assist with asphalt paving, patching, and road repair operations
• Operate or support equipment such as rollers, pavers, and compactors
• Shovel, rake, and smooth asphalt surfaces to grade
• Load and unload materials and tools
• Follow safety procedures and work under the direction of the site foreman

Requirements:

• Previous experience in asphalt, construction, or general labor preferred
• Ability to work in hot outdoor conditions and perform physically demanding tasks
• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings and overtime as needed
• Team-oriented attitude with a commitment to safety and quality
