Position Summary
Motivera Search Group is seeking a dependable and detail? Oriented Customer Service Representative I to support daily administrative and operational functions. This role is responsible for receiving and billing merchandise, processing payments, assisting customers, and supporting the Location Manager with essential recordkeeping and service tasks.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide timely and professional customer service via email, phone, live chat, and in? Person interactions
- Bill products, receive payments, operate the scale, and track inventory
- Assist in resolving customer concerns, complaints, and service issues
- Support the Location Manager with maintaining grain, petroleum, feed, and/or agronomy records
- Accept and record prepayments and product bookings
- Price and process payments for commodities delivered by customers
- Remove cash, reconcile register totals, and prepare daily deposits
- Develop and maintain strong knowledge of all products and services offered
- Demonstrate self? Motivation, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask
- Contribute to team success by completing related tasks as needed
- Maintain a valid driver’s license and commercial insurability at all times
- Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or GED
- One to three months of related experience or training preferred
- Equivalent combinations of education and experience considered
Language Skills
- Ability to read and understand simple instructions, correspondence, and memos
- Ability to write basic correspondence
- Ability to communicate effectively in one-on-one and small group settings
Math Skills
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals
- Ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages
Reasoning Ability
- Ability to apply common? Sense understanding to carry out written, oral, or diagram?based instructions
- Ability to solve problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
Computer Skills
- Familiarity with grain and inventory software preferred
Certificates & Licenses
- Valid driver’s license and commercial insurability required
- May be required to maintain a CDL, weighing license, or grain grading certificate depending on location
Supervisory Responsibilities
- This position does not include supervisory duties
Work Environment
- Noise levels may range from moderate to loud

Physical Demands
- Frequent sitting, reaching, talking, hearing, and use of hands
- Occasional climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling
- Must occasionally lift/move up to 50 lbs; frequently lift/move up to 10 lbs
- Requires close vision and the ability to adjust focus
