Maintenance Technician – Dalhart, TX 

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM 

Motivera Search Group is hiring for a dependable, hands-on Maintenance Technician to join our team in Dalhart, TX. This role is responsible for maintaining and repairing building systems, equipment, electrical components, and overall facility infrastructure. You’ll be part of a supportive team where quality, safety, and professionalism come first. 

Key Responsibilities 

•  Perform routine building maintenance and facility repairs 

•  Troubleshoot and maintain equipment, including mechanical and electrical systems 

•  Conduct preventative maintenance to reduce downtime 

•  Assist with facility improvements and general upkeep 

•  Complete all work safely and in compliance with company standards 

•  Respond to maintenance requests promptly and professionally 

•  Coordinate with outside service providers, vendors, or specialized units when additional support is needed 

Qualifications 

•  Experience in building, equipment, or electrical maintenance 

•  Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills 

•  Ability to work independently and as part of a team 

•  Reliable, safety-focused, and detail-oriented
