Position Overview

Motivera Search Group is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer / Production Artist to support a fast?paced print production environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both creative design and technical production work, ensuring client artwork is accurate, print?ready, and delivered with exceptional quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare client?provided digital artwork for the printing process
• Create original artwork tailored to client specifications
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure artwork accuracy and readiness
• Work directly with press operators and the production floor to support workflow
• Track time spent on each project to ensure proper billing and job costing

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
