Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Forklift Operator to join our team in Fort Worth, TX. This is a first-shift, temp-to-hire opportunity with the potential for long-term employment. The ideal candidate will have prior forklift experience, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to safety and efficiency in a warehouse or production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a sit-down forklift to move materials and products safely
• Load and unload trucks in a timely manner
• Transport raw materials and finished goods within the facility
• Maintain accurate inventory and assist with stock organization
• Perform routine equipment checks and report any issues
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1–2 years of forklift operating experience
• Ability to operate a sit-down forklift (clamp experience is a plus)
• Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and safety
• Reliable transportation and good attendance
