Production Line Stacker

Job Title: General Labor – Production Line (Cardboard Stacker)
Location: North Fort Worth, TX (near DFW Airport)
Pay Rate: $17.00/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire

Job Summary:
This position works on a production line supporting a machine that cuts cardboard to size. The employee will be responsible for stacking finished cardboard pieces at the end of the line and placing them neatly onto pallets in an organized and safe manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stack finished cardboard pieces at the end of the production line
• Build and organize pallets to ensure stability and prevent product from falling
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
• Meet productivity and attendance expectations

Work Environment:

• Non-climate-controlled environment (hot/cold conditions depending on season)
• Company provides water, drinks, and ice cream during summer months to help stay cool

Requirements:

• Ability to lift and stack materials consistently throughout the shift
• Strong attention to safety, attendance, and productivity
• Must be able to work in a non-climate-controlled environment
• Must wear required PPE at all times:
  • Steel-toe boots
  • Safety glasses
  • Safety vest
  • Ear plugs
