Position Summary

We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented HR Assistant to support daily HR operations and ensure a smooth and efficient talent workflow. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about people operations, and wants to grow within the recruiting and HR field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support HR leadership with administrative tasks including scheduling, documentation, and data entry.
  • Maintain and update employee records, confidential files, and HR databases accurately.
  • Assist with recruitment efforts including job postings, applicant tracking, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
  • Conduct initial application screens and coordinate follow-up steps in the hiring process.
  • Facilitate onboarding tasks such as preparing paperwork, coordinating orientations, and supporting new hire documentation.
  • Help manage HR compliance activities, including maintaining required forms and ensuring adherence to company policies.
  • Assist with company culture initiatives, employee engagement activities, and HR-driven projects.
  • Prepare reports, forms, and correspondence as directed by HR leadership.
  • Provide general support to the HR team to ensure efficient and positive internal operations.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of administrative, HR, or recruiting support experience (preferred).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HRIS or ATS systems is a plus.
  • Customer-service mindset and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
