Sales Representative

NOW HIRING: Junior Sales Representative – Metal Building Products 
Location: Alvarado, TX.

Job Description:
We are looking for a driven and motivated Junior Sales Representative to join our growing team in the metal building products industry. This is a great opportunity for someone with 1+ year of sales experience and some familiarity with construction or building materials who is ready to grow their career in a high-demand industry.

What You’ll Do:

• Build relationships with contractors, builders, and new customers
• Support the sales process by preparing quotes and following up on leads
• Learn and sell metal building products such as panels, trim, and accessories
• Assist in identifying new business opportunities and growing existing accounts
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
• Provide excellent customer service and support

What We’re Looking For:

• Around 1 year of sales experience (inside or outside sales)
• Some experience or exposure to construction, roofing, or building materials preferred
• Strong communication and people skills
• Willingness to learn and grow in a sales role
• Self-motivated and dependable
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)

Nice to Have (Not Required):

• Experience with metal building products or similar materials
• Ability to read basic measurements 
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
