Maintenance Mechanic

Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic (Molding Machines)
Location: South Fort Worth & Carrollton, TX

Job Summary:
We are currently seeking experienced Maintenance Mechanics with a strong background in molding machines to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial molding equipment to ensure efficient production and minimal downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative maintenance on molding machines and related equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Diagnose equipment issues and implement timely solutions
• Maintain and repair injection or compression molding machines
• Ensure machines are operating safely and efficiently
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and modifications
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as a Maintenance Mechanic in a manufacturing environment
• Experience working with molding machines (injection molding preferred)
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair industrial machinery
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Forklift experience is a plus

Work Environment:

• Industrial/manufacturing setting
• May require standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs

Schedule & Pay:

• Full-time positions available (various shifts may be offered)
• Pay based on experience
