Schedule: Monday–Friday + Overtime

Pay: Starting at $28/hour (based on experience)

Motivera Search Group is hiring a dependable and mechanically inclined Traveling Service Technician / CDL Class A Driver. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, operating equipment, and traveling to job sites while maintaining a consistent weekday schedule.

Job Overview
This position involves transporting equipment, supporting field operations, and assisting with service and installation at various job sites. Candidates should be comfortable working around heavy equipment and in fast-paced environments. Overtime is consistent and expected.

Key Responsibilities
•  CDL Class A required to transport equipment and materials
• Travel to job sites for service, setup, and support
• Load, secure, and unload equipment safely
• Perform with installation, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting
• Perform routine equipment and safety checks
• Follow all DOT and company safety regulations
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Work effectively with team members and supervisors

Requirements
• Valid CDL Class A (required)
• Clean driving record
• Ability to work overtime and travel as needed
• Mechanical aptitude or equipment experience preferred
• Ability to work on heavy machinery and lift as needed
• Must be reliable, flexible, and team-oriented
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
