Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: Starting at $22/hour+ (based on experience) + Overtime

Job Overview
Motivera Search Group is seeking a reliable and skilled Welder / Fabricator to join a growing industrial team in Dalhart, TX. This role involves hands-on welding, fabrication, and assembly work in a fast-paced machine shop environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working with large industrial equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform Stick and MIG welding on various materials
• Fabricate and assemble components, including conveyors
• Operate cutting torches and other shop equipment
• Read and follow blueprints, work orders, and instructions
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

Requirements

• Experience with Stick and MIG welding
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a machine shop environment (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Comfortable working around large industrial machinery
• Reliable, flexible, and able to work in a fast-paced team environment
