Production Assistant – Job Description

Location: North Richland Hills, TX

Position Overview:
The Production Assistant supports daily production and warehouse operations by assisting with packaging, labeling, and handling products. This role is essential in ensuring products are prepared accurately, efficiently, and meet company quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with packaging and labeling finished products
• Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
• Support production team to meet daily output goals
• Operate basic equipment as needed (training provided)

Requirements:

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented with good communication skills
• Previous warehouse or production experience preferred

Work Environment:

• Warehouse/production setting
• May involve repetitive tasks and physical labor
• Use of PPE required (as needed)
