Position: Hardware / Inventory Associate

Location: Godley, TX

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

Position Summary:

The Hardware / Inventory Associate is responsible for receiving, organizing, tracking, and distributing hardware, fencing components, and inventory items. This position requires sit-down forklift experience and strong attention to detail to maintain accurate inventory levels and support daily operations.

Essential Duties:

• Receive, stock, and organize inventory and hardware products.
• Load and unload materials using a sit-down forklift.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and locations.
• Pull and prepare orders for customers and internal departments.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Inspect incoming materials for accuracy and damage.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Previous sit-down forklift experience required.
• Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. or more.
• Strong organizational and inventory skills.
• Steel-toed boots required.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors as needed.
• Reliable transportation and good attendance.
• Drug screen required.
• Background check required (some convictions may be considered).
