Loader / Grounds Keeper

Position: Loader / Groundskeeper

Location: Godley, TX

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

Position Summary:

The Loader / Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized yard while assisting with the loading, unloading, and movement of fencing materials, gates, panels, hardware, and related products. This position requires working outdoors in various weather conditions and performing physical labor throughout the shift.

Essential Duties:

• Load and unload fencing materials, gates, panels, and hardware.
• Assist customers and drivers with material loading.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the yard and storage areas.
• Move and stage materials as directed.
• Perform general groundskeeping duties, including housekeeping and debris removal.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Assist with inventory organization and material handling as needed.
• Operate equipment and tools safely when authorized.

Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. or more.
• Ability to work outdoors in hot and cold weather conditions.
• Steel-toed boots required.
• Reliable transportation and good attendance.
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment.
• Drug screen required.
• Background check required (some convictions may be considered).
