Production Line Worker

Position Details
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 4:00 p.m.–12:30 a.m.
• Employment: Full-time, temp-to-hire

This opportunity is intended for individuals seeking long-term employment. We are not recruiting for part-time or short-term work.

Job Responsibilities

• Load and unload products and materials on the production line.
• Inspect finished products and packages for damage or defects.
• Ensure products are properly packaged and labeled.
• Pack finished products into boxes and place them on pallets.
• Start and stop equipment only as trained and instructed by the supervisor.
• Report equipment problems immediately.
• Keep equipment and work areas clean and organized.
• Follow food safety requirements, company procedures, and safety instructions.
• Assist with other production duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential. Unexcused absences and repeated tardiness will not be accepted.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to long-term employment.
• Ability to follow instructions and work well with a team.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to lift and move items weighing 15–40 pounds.
• Attention to detail when inspecting and packing products.

Previous production, packaging, or warehouse experience is helpful.
