Custodial Maintenance Technician

Motivera Search Group is looking for a dependable and hardworking Custodial Maintenance Technician to perform custodial cleaning and general maintenance duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
• Perform custodial tasks such as buffing and waxing floors and shampooing carpets.
• Perform snow removal from entrances and sidewalks as directed.
• Assist with small appliance repairs, including vacuum cleaners, shampoo machines, and similar equipment.
• Assist with assembling office furniture and other items.
• Assist with moving furniture when needed.
• Perform general maintenance tasks as assigned.
• Take on-call maintenance and custodial duties as assigned during scheduled shifts.
• Maintain professional interactions with staff and others.
• Follow safe work practices and maintain an organized and safe work area.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and other staff.
• Assist with additional projects as assigned.

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in custodial and maintenance operations.
• Experience using general custodial and maintenance repair equipment.
• Basic plumbing and electrical maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong time-management skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to bend, lift, grasp, push/pull, and sit or stand for prolonged periods.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid Texas driver's license required.
• Must be available to travel as needed.
