Position: Yard Laborer / Load Puller
Location: Godley, TX
Pay Rate: $17.00–$18.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
Saturday: 7:00 AM–12:00 PM as needed
Hours: Approximately 47.5–52.5 hours per week
Position Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Job Description:
The Yard Laborer / Load Puller will work primarily outdoors in a lumber and building-materials yard. This is a physical, hands-on position requiring someone who is dependable, comfortable working outside, and able to stay productive throughout the workday.

Primary Duties:

• Pull and prepare customer orders for pickup or delivery.
• Load and unload lumber and other building materials.
• Restock returned or incoming materials in the appropriate yard locations.
• Move, organize, stack, and stage lumber and building products.
• Assist customers and drivers with loading materials as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized yard.
• Perform general labor and material-handling duties throughout the facility.
• Operate a forklift when qualified and assigned.
• Follow all company safety procedures and supervisor instructions.

Requirements:

• Previous outdoor labor, construction, lumberyard, warehouse, material-handling, or similar physical work experience preferred.
• Forklift experience is a plus but not required.
• Must be comfortable working outdoors in Texas weather conditions.
• Must be able to perform physical labor throughout the shift, including lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, bending, and standing/walking for extended periods.
• Must be dependable and able to maintain good attendance.
• Must be willing and able to work overtime and Saturdays when required.
• Must be able to work approximately 47.5–52.5 hours per week.
• Must have reliable transportation to the job site.
