Electrical Apprentice (2nd or 3rd Year)

Location: Lubbock, TX
Pay: $20–$25 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40–50 hours per week

Job Description

Motivera Search Group is seeking a reliable and motivated Apprentice Electrician for commercial electrical work. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience and basic knowledge of commercial electrical installations.

Responsibilities

• Run and install conduit.
• Pull and terminate electrical wire.
• Install electrical loads.
• Work with electrical panels and load centers.
• Assist with switchgear installation.
• Follow electrical plans and layouts.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow all jobsite safety procedures.

Requirements

• 2nd or 3rd year electrical apprentice experience.
• Commercial electrical experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems and switchgear installation.
• Ability to run conduit and pull wire.
• Reliable transportation.
• Dependable, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team.

Compensation & Schedule

• $20–$25 per hour, depending on experience.
• 40–50 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
