Founder and CEO of Butler Workforce Solutions, LLC, a Motivera Search Group partner. I grew up in Olympia, WA and have lived in Tacoma for the past 13 years. Washington has always been home to me. I appreciate the rain, the summers, the local food scene, and the sense of community that comes with living and working here.

I’ve spent over a decade in staffing, and early on I realized this work is personal to me. I care deeply about the people I place and the companies I work with. I’ve built strong relationships with my clients by staying close to their business and understanding what they need to be successful. I see my role as helping people build better lives and helping businesses find the kind of employees they can depend on. I’ve stayed in touch with many of the people I’ve helped find jobs, some of whom are now supervisors who call me when they need workers of their own. One of the best parts of this job is running into people I placed years ago and hearing how their lives have changed, all because someone took the time to listen and help them find the right place to work.

Those outcomes do not happen by accident. They come from listening, being honest about expectations, and staying involved after the placement is made. I stay close to my clients and my workers because that approach leads to better results. I want people to succeed, not simply make it through their first day.

Before staffing, I worked in more traditional sales roles, but this industry gave me something those jobs never did. It allowed me to see the impact of my work in real time. Helping connect someone with the right opportunity and seeing their life improve because of it is what keeps me motivated every day.

Outside of work, I enjoy watching my favorite sports teams, including the Mariners, spending time with friends and family, and keeping my two very energetic Frenchies busy.
