Position: Class A CDL Delivery Driver
Location: Amarillo, TX
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 5:00 AM – Finish
Pay: $20.00 – $24.00 per hour

Position Summary

Motivera Search Group is seeking a reliable and safety-focused Class A CDL Delivery Driver to join our team. This position is responsible for the safe and timely delivery of products to customers while maintaining excellent customer service and ensuring compliance with all DOT regulations and company policies.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle to deliver products to customer locations.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Load, unload, and secure cargo as needed.
• Verify delivery orders and obtain customer signatures when required.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and shipping documentation.
• Follow all DOT, federal, state, and local transportation regulations.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, warehouse personnel, and customers.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and represent the company positively.
• Report vehicle maintenance issues, accidents, or safety concerns immediately.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 20 years of age.
• Valid Class A CDL with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical, drug screen, and background check.
• Strong commitment to safety and customer service.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Previous delivery driving experience preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to enter and exit the truck cab multiple times throughout the day.
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions and environments.
